Everything your practice runs on, in one place
Law OS centralises the day-to-day of running a litigation practice so nothing lives only in one lawyer's inbox or notebook.
Cases
Track every case with full details — court, status, parties, and history — whether it's linked to a court source or entered manually.
Clients
Keep client records organized and searchable, with every case they're connected to visible at a glance.
Calendar & hearings
See every upcoming hearing across the firm, linked to its case, with day, week, and month views.
Documents
Upload and organize petitions, orders, evidence, and correspondence by case, with secure firm-only access.
Tasks
Assign work, track deadlines, and see what's overdue — without a separate to-do app.
Search
Find any case, client, hearing, or document across your firm in seconds, always scoped to your organisation.
How it works
- 1
Create your organisation
Sign up your firm — one organisation account for the whole practice, not per lawyer.
- 2
Add your lawyers
Bring your team into the firm's organisation so everyone works from the same records.
- 3
Add or import your cases
Enter cases manually, or look them up from a connected court source and import them.
- 4
Manage hearings and documents
Keep the calendar, orders, and case documents current as the matter moves forward.
- 5
Let Law OS keep your practice organised
One place for the firm to see what's due, what's next, and what happened.
Court data, alongside your own records
Law OS is rolling out direct lookups against supported court sources, starting with district court case records searchable by CNR number. Coverage is limited to what a court source makes legitimately and publicly available — we don't bypass CAPTCHAs, logins, or access controls, and we make no claim of coverage beyond what's actually connected.
Look up cases from supported courts
Search a case by its court identifier and import what's publicly available — status, hearing dates, and orders where the source provides them.
Nothing changes without your review
When a court source shows something different from what's in Law OS, you see the old and new values side by side and decide whether to apply it.
Manual entry always works
Court sources aren't available for every matter. Every case in Law OS can be created and managed by hand, with or without a connected source.
AI assistance, on a firm's own record
A planned AI assistant will help summarize orders, build case chronologies, and answer questions about a firm's own cases and documents — grounded in that firm's data, with sources shown. It is not available yet, and it is designed as an assistant for a lawyer's judgment, never a substitute for it.
One subscription, for your whole firm
Law OS is priced per organisation, not per lawyer. Plans are differentiated by court integration and AI access, not seat count — add as many lawyers as your firm needs.
Law OS is in early access. Sign up now to get started before billing goes live — no card required.
